1. I have selected the service I want, how long do they reply to me?
We generally respond within 24 hours, except on Sundays and holidays.
2. What payment method can I use for services?
At the moment we accept payments with Paypal and paysafecard.
3. What can I do if the service that arrived to me is not what I wanted?
We advise you to describe us as much as possible the requested service,
we also accept changes during work if this does not affect a price increase.
4. How does the payment work? Do I have to pay first?
If the service offered must be performed on a client's computer / server,
an initial payment of 20% of the total amount is recommended, in order to have a guarantee.
Depending on the service, we agree to do the work even live on the remote machine
under customer's observation.
5. I'm a customer who orders many services from you, I get discounts on the next services?
From the second service on we apply an automatic discount of 10% + (N * 1.5)
Valid up to a maximum of 25%.
